What is BEPE?

Efficiate is reinventing building benchmarking. Building Efficiency Prediction Engine (BEPE) is a software technology product that predicts building environmental performance on-demand, within needing measurement of utility meter usage. 

For a selected building, Efficiate’s gradient boosting machine learning engine computes the energy-use-intensity (EUI) of a building using large multi-categorical spatial datasets and internal data science talents.
